How it Works

Step 1 — Submit Materials

  • You’ll submit key materials via share folder (intake questions, assessments, session outlines, skills training materials, and any frameworks you use).

Step 2 — Audit Review

  • I review and evaluate your materials using a consistent set of standards (foundations → intake → MST delivery → Client support/transitions).

 

Step 3 — Summary Report + Walkthrough
You receive a written report plus a recorded walkthrough of examples so you can apply the recommendations with clarity.

​

Optional: a brief debrief call if it’s useful for clarity.  After that, if you want to work together to implement changes we can then shift into an advising collaboration role.

What you Get

You’ll receive a written summary report that includes:

1.  Defined Standards for Your Work

A clear articulation of the foundational principles that should guide your consulting decisions.
These standards function as your non-negotiables — what must be in place before skills training begins.

 

You’ll know:

  • what your work is anchored to

  • what you are (and are not) prioritizing

  • what you should stop doing immediately

2.  Identification of Key Misalignments

A clear breakdown of where your current approach is inconsistent or misaligned, including:

  • mismatches between your stated views on performance and your intake process

  • gaps between skills-training and knowledge sets

  • areas where decisions are being made out of habit/intuition rather than process

 

This section clarifies why certain parts of your process feel inefficient or scattered.

3. Decision-Level Priorities

Rather than a long list of recommendations, the audit identifies:

  • what requires immediate attention

  • what can be addressed later

  • what does not need to be addressed at all

​

This helps reduce overwhelm and prevents unnecessary rebuilding.

4. A Clear Direction for Integration

A high-level sequencing guide that outlines how to integrate the feedback into your work.

  • A directional map that helps you apply the standards consistently across cases.

FAQs

Do you rewrite my materials for me?
No. The audit is evaluative. You’ll leave with standards, priorities, and a clear direction for implementation.

Can I add ongoing support after?
Yes.  We can discuss a scoped support window after the audit is complete.

​

What if my materials aren’t “done”?
That’s fine. But they must exist in a reviewable form, so be prepared to provide descriptions.

Is this CMPC mentorship?
No. This audit supports consulting clarity and design. CMPC mentorship remains a separate, specific service
