Mentor in Your Pocket

On-demand advising for mental performance coaches who want clarity around real decisions.

Not every coaching or consulting question needs a meeting.

But many decisions still benefit from thoughtful input.

Mentor in Your Pocket is a month-to-month advising option that gives you access to experienced perspective as you design, refine, and make decisions in your work without adding meetings or overcomplicating your schedule.

What it is

Mentor in Your Pocket provides asynchronous professional advising across the real work you’re doing as a mental performance coach.

You can use it for:

  • program or session design questions

  • refining how you structure or explain your work

  • pressure-testing decisions before acting

  • thinking through client or team scenarios

  • ongoing professional development, month to month

You send what you’re working on, and I respond within a 24–48 hour window.

There are no standing meetings.  The work happens in writing, voice notes, or shared materials.

$195 / month

When a question or project requires deeper collaboration, scope and pricing are discussed separately.

How to Think About Support

This is not meant to replace mentorship or deep project work.

Instead, think of it as:

A place to check your thinking

A way to stay aligned as you work

Support that fits into real consulting schedules

Guidance without the overhead of meetings

Some coaches use this intermittently.  Others use it month by month as part of their professional development.  Both are fine.

FAQs

What if I want to schedule meetings?

We would review on a case by case basis and create an individualized plan.

What if I need help reviewing my materials?
We would be based on scope.  If you want feedback on your MST training plans and approaches then we would do an audit.  If its just an exercise or approach here or there, then you can just share it with me to review and I'll provide feedback.

Would this count towards any CMPC mentorship hours?
No. That is a face to face process and if you are looking to finish off a handful of mentorship hours than we would review and create an individualized plan.

Next Steps

If you’re looking for a steady place to check your thinking, refine your work, and make clearer decisions as you go, this may be a good fit.
