Consulting Course

Overview. This course is designed to help you organize your existing knowledge, processes, and resources towards working with individuals and teams.

This is a three phase course that begins by organizing your initial knowledge set and resources, evaluating your beliefs on high performance to help establish your brand, and solidifying your approaches to individuals and groups.

Training Design Course

Overview. This course is intended to help you deliver high level training sessions to groups.
